PARTICIPANT DETAILS

Auditions take place on Sunday, 21 September 2025 (2pm-5pm) in a blended studio venue which has been set up in a rehearsal style to make all our elves comfortable! Please check your inboxes for emailed information on location, agenda and anything else needed.

You do not have to audition for all three aspects of the show (singing, dancing, acting) but your final roles will be assigned according to the abilities and attitudes you show us on the day.

Please note that Junior Students are likely to be called in separately to the Senior Students and Adults to begin, with a purposefully relaxed involvement if they are new to performing or are one of our younger elves. Elf parents are welcome to discuss how their little elves could get involved this year!

AUDITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I understand that auditioning does not guarantee me a role in The Elf in the Gulf.

I understand that Collab Company is seeking a cast and crew who respect their collaborative, community-centric methodology.

I understand that there is a cast and crew fee involved in The Elf in the Gulf which covers performance licenses as well as props, costumes, accessories and a show shirt.

I understand that full cast rehearsals are likely to take place on a Sunday at SVS with smaller rehearsals taking place during the week but only as necessary.
